Are you looking to burn fat, lean out, and get toned? Our HIIT classes are specifically designed to help decrease body fat, increase strength and endurance, and improve health outcomes! HIIT training consists of a series of repeated rounds of exercises performed at a higher intensity followed by recovery periods involving activity of lower intensity. In this class we will use a variety of equipment, from battle ropes to the sled to sliders. This class will work every part of your body!
