STRENGTH

Strength training involves exercises that use resistance to contract your muscles in order to increase strength, boost anaerobic endurance, and build skeletal muscle. Strength training can take a variety of forms, such as lifting dumbbells, using resistance bands, using barbells etc.

We offer three different strength training classes that focus on proper form and technique with the use of different equipment to help increase your strength and endurance. Our classes are as follows: Dumbbell Domination, focusing on upper body strength training; Booty Burn + Core Burn, focusing on lower body and core strength training; and Toned to The Bone, focusing on a full-body strength training workout.
